What does it consist of?

Mesotherapy is a microneedling technique to which a serum is added depending on the desired effect: collagen, vitamin D or hyaluronic acid. The serum will penetrate the skin thanks to micro-perforations made by single-use microneedles. This treatment will activate the skin’s natural collagen and allow the regeneration of the epidermis. The technique is less invasive than injections and the result is quickly visible. Depending on individual needs, it is recommended to do one every 3 weeks for a visible and long-lasting result from the 3rd session onwards. For example, for a radiance boost, it takes about 4 sessions, whereas for the treatment of acne scars, a minimum of 8 sessions is required. 

How a session is carried out

After cleansing your skin, we prepare your skin for the treatment by doing a facial and an extraction to dilate the pores and facilitate the penetration of the product. We apply an anaesthetic cream and then proceed with microneedling. It is important to know that the treatment is not painful but sensitive. The session ends with the application of a mask to soothe the skin. It takes about an hour for a session. 

Redness may appear after the session but it disappears after 24 to 48 hours. After completing the sessions, we recommend one session every 3 months to maintain the benefits of the treatment. 

Is this suitable for me?

Whether you need to regain a healthy skin quality or treat more important imperfections, this treatment is for you, whatever your skin type and color. However, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with uncontrolled diabetes, overly sensitive skin and skin with active acne.
